Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and performance of NASM Venture Group. The CEO leads the executive team and ensures alignment across all business units toward the company’s long-term vision.

Sa’aduddin Nordin
Chief Operating Officer
Oversees the day-to-day operational functions across plantation, F&B, and retail divisions. The COO drives process efficiency, quality standards, and operational excellence throughout the Group.

Norsuaidah Nordin
Chief Financial Officer
Manages the Group’s financial health, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The CFO ensures sound financial governance and supports strategic investment decisions across all subsidiaries.

ISN Venture serves as the central kitchen and food production hub for the Group. It is responsible for the preparation and supply of food products to the Kopi Ladang restaurant network, ensuring consistency in quality, efficiency in operations, and scalability in menu offerings across all outlets.

NASM Plantation is the Group’s agricultural arm, focused on the cultivation and production of coffee beans. As the primary grower, it supports the upstream segment of the business, emphasising sustainable farming practices and quality yield to strengthen the Group’s coffee supply chain.

Downstream — Retail & Brand
Kopi Ladang Marketing is the commercial and brand-facing entity of the Group. It manages retail operations, restaurant businesses, event activations, and overall marketing strategy for the Kopi Ladang brand — including customer engagement, brand development, and revenue generation across multiple channels.
