Plantation
Join our plantation team and support our core agricultural operations and coffee cultivation. We’re looking for dedicated professionals to help us grow.
Plantation Supervisor
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agronomy, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in plantation or agricultural operations (coffee plantation experience is an advantage)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor plantation environments
- Good planning and organizational skills for daily operations and productivity tracking
- Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and willing to travel to plantation sites
- Basic knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) is an added advantage
